Dispatch and delivery

If an item is incorrect or has a problem

Contact us on WhatsApp with the order reference, an explanation and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the goods and packaging while the issue is reviewed. After checking the case, the merchant confirms the available resolution and steps for an exchange, return or another agreed solution.

Before returning an item

Contact us before sending a parcel to confirm the address, instructions, requirements and responsibility for shipping costs. Exchange availability, applicable time limits and refund conditions are confirmed for the order and reason. No universal time window or free-return promise is published.

Changes and personalisation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a size, style, quantity or delivery detail. What can be changed depends on order status. Confirm any printing or customisation terms before payment.
